South Korean game developer 111% and global publisher Habby are officially teaming up to build a new joint venture in Singapore. The move aims to bring together 111%’s creative strength in game development with Habby’s worldwide publishing expertise.
Both companies hope this partnership will lead to mobile games that not only reach more players but also stay relevant for years. The joint venture will work on developing and operating new mobile titles meant for a global audience. A shared leadership team from both sides will oversee the new company.
Calling the partnership more than just a “business partnership”, 111% CEO Kang-An Kim said that “It’s a bold challenge that unites 111%’s creative development DNA with Habby’s global publishing expertise, aiming to establish an entirely new global gaming ecosystem. Through this JV, we will write a bigger and bolder success story together.”
Habby CEO Stefan Wang echoed the same vision, saying, “We’ve always deeply admired 111% for their creativity and their remarkable ability to deliver groundbreaking game experiences. This partnership is built on mutual respect and a shared vision — to shape the future of gaming together. “
The companies want to make games that are fun, long-lasting, and appealing to players everywhere. While 111% will continue to manage publishing in Korea, the new joint venture will take charge of international publishing and live operations.
