Arcadia Gaming Partners has invested $4 million in Iron Games, a new UK-based studio led by some familiar names from Gram Games.

Founded by Eren Yanık, the former Chief Product Officer, and Remzi Senel, who previously served as COO and GM, the team carries experience from creating hit titles like Merge Dragons and contributing to Gram Games’ acquisition by Zynga.

Iron Games plans to push the boundaries of the casual and merge genres. The studio wants to bring in fresh, original mechanics that make these genres feel exciting again.

With the new funding, they will expand their team, speed up development, and build systems designed for faster game launches and constant learning.

This investment is one of the early moves by Arcadia Gaming Partners, a $100 million fund established by Akin Babayigit, co-founder of Tripledot Studios. Arcadia has been quietly building a diverse portfolio, having also backed studios like Bigger Games, Cypher Games, and TaleMonster Games in their growth and creative ventures.

Arcadia Gaming Partners’ Managing Director Akin Babayigit shared his excitement about investing in Iron Games, praising the founders’ talent and character. “When Eren Yanik and Remzi first told me about Iron Games, I didn’t even let them finish their sentence before blurting out that I wanted in. They’re truly exceptional, and I can’t wait to see what the road ahead holds for them.”
