The mobile gaming industry has continued its fast-paced start to 2026. February has seen another wave of leadership shifts, with notable executives stepping into new positions and experienced figures making moves across studios. Here’s a clear breakdown of who moved where this month.

Julien Merceron – Chief Technology Officer at Delphi Interactive

Julien Merceron has been appointed Chief Technology Officer at Delphi Interactive, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience from companies including Konami, Bandai Namco, Square Enix, Ubisoft, and IO Interactive. Formerly Konami’s worldwide technology director, he led development of the FOX Engine and contributed to major titles such as Metal Gear Solid V and Pro Evolution Soccer.

Tracy Kim – Head of Business & Operations, Publishing Platform at KRAFTON

Tracy Kim has been promoted to Head of Business & Operations for KRAFTON’s Publishing Platform. She joined the company in 2025 as Technical Sourcing Manager after a successful career at Samsung Electronics and brings 15 years of experience in global business development.

Fatih Cebeci – Head of Studio at Leke Games

Fatih Cebeci has joined Leke Games as Head of Studio, bringing over 15 years of industry experience. He previously served as Head of Game Development at Roof Games, overseeing full game lifecycles after advancing from Lead Game Developer. Fatih has also held leadership roles at GoArt Worlds, Spektra Games, and HEY Games, and spent a decade as an indie developer at ParaziT Games, designing over 200 games and prototypes.
